Delivery Info: All our handmade large cakes(more than 2lbs) and desinger cakes are made on order so must be ordered minimum 24hours in advance for delivery on any requisite date. Same day delivery is not possible on these cake.
Substitution: All deliveries are subject to product availability. Products may be substituted to ensure your order arrives on time. In some cases, our Bakers may not have some items referenced in the product description in stock, and careful substitutions of equal or greater value will be necessary to match the Product. In those cases, when possible, we will ask you for permission by Email or Phone to make a substitution. If we are unable to reach you, didn’t receive your reply or there is insufficient time to do so, we will proceed with the substitution Cake. however, will NEVER be substituted with any other products without requesting your confirmation first.
