Delivery Information
ExpressGiftService offers a gift delivery service 7 days a week (Monday-Sunday), apart from bank holidays. We pride ourselves on our exceptional attention to detail, from our impeccable packaging and presentation to our first-class delivery service, ensuring your gift arrives on time and in its optimum condition.
You can place an order for delivery, either online or through our Customer Services team (available 24/7), on any date in the future. (where orders will be delivered the next working day). Advance orders will be stored in our system until the required date.
Unless otherwise requested, all products are Delivery via our own Delivery service (further information can be found below). You can select delivery date when you place order online. If you require a specific time slot, an additional charge will apply. Please submit your order before the specified cut-off time. Your order will be delivered at your Selected delivery date
When placing your order, please ensure that you include the recipient’s full address, telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event of any delivery issues. If no signature is required on delivery, you can request at the time of ordering that your parcel is left with a neighbor or in an alternative safe place should you be out. (We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details of Receipient).
Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an update regarding the your order processing confirmation email of your item, which you can check the delivery status of your order. We will send you a subsequent email confirming delivery once your order has been successfully delivered. If your delivery needs to be signed for, please make sure that someone will be at the delivery address on the specified day.
Deliveries for Sundays must be placed on Saturday before 3PM PK Time. Deliveries for next day must be placed before 3PM PK Time a day before delivery date. Deliveries for same day must be placed before 11AM PK Time.
Note: Next day and same day delivery only available for Flowers, Cakes, Mithai, Pizzas, KFC and Fruit baskets. Other items have to dispatched separately and required 2 working days delivery time. Big and heavy items could take upto 5 working days delivery time.

Deliveries on public holidays are only available in following cities. In all other cities delivreries will be made a day before the public holidays

Deliveries been made between 10AM - 8.00PM Pakistan time. If you have special requirements, please add it in special instructions box and we will try our best to meet your requirements. Please check that your order is in perfect condition on delivery.

Delivery Options
ExpressGiftService is providing delivery in pakistan's Major cities Such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Jehlum, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Multan, Sialkot, Mirpur Azad Kashmir, Peshawar, Hydarabad. Same day delivery is available for major cities, if you give us order before 2PM according to Pakistan time. Our Regular delivery timings are 11AM - 08PM PST, But at any event Such as Mother's day, Father's day, Valentines day, Eid day, we can't commit for delivery timings on the event days Our delivery timings are 10AM - 10PM PST.

Delivery Costs
Please note that at certain times of the year these prices can vary. If you request delivery to remote areas which are not usually covered by Express Gift Service, you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.
Delivery Areas
Express Gift Service can deliver gorcery items in villages that are near to any Major City, there may be extra delivery charges its depends on the area and delivery Route.

Delivery to Hospitals
We can deliver many of our gifts to hospitals. Parcels are usually left in the hospital’s parcel or post room as patients are unable to receive deliveries direct. Since hospital procedures can vary, we advise you request a staff nurse to collect your parcel on behalf of its intended recipient. Please make sure you add the department, ward or room number, along with a contact number for the ward.
Delivery to Businesses, Military Addresses, Schools & Universities
Deliveries to large businesses, military addresses, schools, universities & student accommodation are usually made to the main reception or post/mailing room prior to internal distribution. In some cases, delivery to a named person is not always possible. Where relevant, please include the company’s name, block, floor and an office contact number. Due to the nature of some of our products, such as fruits, cakes and any other eddible products, in the event that the recipient is not available, we will deliver the order to the reception of such locations, where possible.
Signing for Your Delivery / Attempted Delivery
If a signature is required, please make sure someone will be at the delivery address on the specified day to sign for your item. Should no-one be present at the recipient’s address at the time of delivery, unless an alternative arrangement was stated at the time of ordering, such as leaving your item with a neighbor or an alternative safe place, a delivery attempt card will be left, detailing instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from the local sorting office. For food items and perishable products, in the event that the recipient is not present on delivery, we will contact the recipient and make alternative delivery arrangements, for example delivering the item to a next-door neighbor.
The signature of any person authorized to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient shall be accepted as proof of delivery. Express Gift Service will consider the order delivered and we will not accept any liability of the subsequent non-delivery of your item.
Many of our products, such as fruits, Vagitables, Fronzen Food, Meat, Chocolates are perishable and every effort is made to deliver your order on the date requested. Please make sure someone will be at the delivery address on the specified day to sign for your item.
